Thank you again for your help. As an ARMY, I applied to view this FESTA while betting on whether or not BTS would make a surprise appearance. Unfortunately, they didn't perform, but I really enjoyed the performances of the other idols, but the fans' behavior was terrible. I was beyond disappointed, I couldn't see the stage at all because of the fans standing on the chairs... They didn't listen to the staff's warnings, and other fans imitated their behavior... Even when the MC urged them to stop, they wouldn't. I think the staff needed to be stricter with their warnings, or even take measures such as ejecting them if things got too bad. I can only imagine how many fans in the back were frustrated. It was a shame.
