    The packaging and service were both courteous, but the product I should have been able to purchase with a regular purchase wasn't available. They proceeded with a pre-order before confirming with me, but they listened to many of my requests after that, which was great. I received many answers to my questions, which was very helpful. I would like to use them again! ^_^
