This was my first time using your service, and I was very grateful for the quick responses before and after obtaining the tickets. This time, it was a proxy purchase for general admission seats, so I wasn't expecting much from the seats, but I was able to thoroughly enjoy the concert from the 2nd floor seats near the center.
