Thank you for arranging the tickets. Thanks to you, I was able to enjoy the concert. I attended alone, but the Japanese person next to me was also participating from the GT tour, so we were able to enjoy the concert together. I thought I would receive the ticket on the day, near the venue, but it was suddenly shipped with an additional charge. I was planning to travel to Korea a few days early, so I was worried about whether I could receive it before departure. Also, the accommodation I booked didn't have a front desk. I would have liked to know the ticket delivery method in advance. Also, if you were going to ship it, I didn't apply for sightseeing, so I wish you could have used that money for the shipping fee. Also, I applied for the bus transfer after the show, but the company guide was quite lost from the meeting point to the bus parking lot, and we walked for about 20 minutes while repeatedly making U-turns in the dark and rain. I wish you had scouted the area in advance and escorted us without getting lost. Since it was a limited amount of time during the trip, it would have been smoother and faster to return to the hotel by train, and the afterglow of the concert wouldn't have been spoiled, so it's a shame. I didn't need the options, so it would have been nice to have a little more discount for just the ticket proxy & local pickup before the venue opened.
