    It was good.
    However, it was unfortunate that after gathering at the meeting place, we followed the guide and they got lost about twice, causing us to walk in the rain and darkness for about 30 minutes.

    ご意見頂きありがとうございます。 私は弊社のご案内を担当させて頂くレンと申します。 ご迷惑をお掛けしてしまい大変申し訳ございませんでした。 当日、私がガイドさんに送迎バスの場所を事前に確認させましたが雨の中でそのスタッフが道を勘違いましたと思います。当日、送迎サービスの責任者として私がスタッフ教育について誤っていると思います。 現場でご案内を担当している責任者として反省しております。
    心からお詫び申し上げます。 この様な事が二度と起こらないようにこれからガイドさんに事前準備をしっかり教育させて頂きます。
