This is my second time using this service. It was my first trip to Korea in a while, so I was a bit worried and had some questions, but as before, the replies to my comments were prompt, and I was able to communicate without any particular worries. Receiving the tickets at hotel check-in was also smooth. Also, even though I didn't add any options to my seat, I was happy to have a seat closer to the center with a good view ^ ^ The only thing I found disappointing was the time wasted walking back and forth with the staff leading us to the shuttle bus stop after the performance. However, I would like to use this service again if I have the opportunity.
