While the seats were quite far from what we hoped for and the price was a bit disappointing, your prompt responses and frequent communication were helpful. I contacted friends who have used GT and other users, and they also weren't able to get their desired seats, so I'll consider using the service again depending on the performance. I regret paying the agency price for seats that I might have been able to get myself through canceled tickets. However, as a major company with courteous service, I would recommend it for beginners who aren't particular about seating!
