I've used GT Tour many times, and each time I do, the communication leading up to ticketing is very kind, and I trust them, so I always use them. Due to the post-COVID situation, it was a different system than before, with ticket exchange at the ticket booth, but it went smoothly on the day, so I was relieved. I was able to get a good number for my favorite FTISLAND concert, and I really enjoyed it. I'm very satisfied.
