    While I was disappointed that there were changes from the initially announced artist lineup and a few groups that were advertised didn't perform, it was only a few so I was otherwise very satisfied! I appreciate the prompt communication and the excellent seating and upgrade queue positions you arranged for me. I even got some fan service!!!
