    TREASURE concert
    I've been using your services lately. I used your services for all three days. The first two days (12/15, 12/16) were good, but it seems there was a ticketing error on the third day (12/17). For some reason, another ticket for 12/16 was reserved, then canceled after a while, and then the reservation for 12/17 went through. I had VIP tickets for the first two days, but on the last day I was in the general stands at the back. I was sad that there was no comment about this situation. I will continue to use your services, so please double-check the dates to avoid any mistakes.

    この度はご利用いただき誠にありがとうございました。チケッティング部署とお客様対応の部署が異なるため、チケッティング部署から報告がない限り、気づきにくいこともあり、お詫びできていなかったこと申し訳ございません。単に誤ったのか、経緯の確認ができておりませんが、どうしてもヒューマンエラーはしばしば起こってしまいますので、最小限にできるよう今後も対策を強化し改善につなげてまいりたいと思います。貴重なご意見ありがとうございました。
