I was hoping for a seat at the front of the floor, but I ended up being assigned a seat in the upper rows. I was disappointed because I was really looking forward to it. I saw reviews from other people who attended the same performance, and some said they had a great view from within the first 10 rows. I'm shocked that there could be such a difference when the base price is the same. I guess it ultimately depends on the skills of the person handling the ticketing and just luck. Just because you use a ticket agency doesn't guarantee you'll get a seat close to the stage.
Regarding communication, they were quick to respond to my inquiries and provided follow-up communication leading up to the performance, which was reassuring.
I'm not sure if I'll use them again in the future, but I wanted to post this review to hopefully help others.
