    Thank you for your help. I was grateful for your quick response in arranging the performance tickets and guiding me to the venue on the day. I really enjoyed the performance as the seats were directly in front of the stage and close. I apologize for being a little late, and thank you for waiting for me in the cold, mid-winter weather.
