    It's a shame the seats weren't very good see very well from my seat.
    I knew there was a chance I wouldn't get the seat I wanted, but even the seat I paid extra for was quite difficult to see from, so I'm honestly disappointed. I felt like you just secured tickets to get me into the venue, so to speak. I didn't feel like it was worth the money I paid. I've just submitted a new request to the agency. I hope you can do better this time.
