    I'm glad I went.
    Before payment, my schedule became incompatible after I applied, and I sent an email declining. I am very grateful that they changed the dates and were flexible in their response, allowing me to proceed. The seat category wasn't what I had hoped for, but it was an easy-to-see seat from the back of the stage. I look forward to using your services again. Thank you very much.
