    Thanks to you, I was able to get tickets for the first day I really wanted to go to and participate successfully! It wasn't the seat I hoped for (I didn't mind since I just wanted to get in), but the way you spoke to me afterwards and the quick replies to my questions were very reassuring! I'm so happy I was able to witness the first day of the tour. I would like to ask you again next time! Thank you very much!!
