    It was very good.
    This was my first Seoul concert and my first time using a proxy service, but the emails and procedure flow were explained carefully, so it was very easy to understand even for beginners. The actual concert started late because my flight was delayed by 2 hours, so I didn't make it in time for the opening, but if there's a next time, I'd like to use this service again.
