I used your service for the first time because I was going to a joint concert in Korea.
I originally wanted to be in the area in front of the center stage, so I applied with the "front row preference" option.
Partway through, it was indicated that a "B4" area had been newly created, but it wasn't listed as a candidate in the option guide, and I didn't see it at the venue on the day, so I'm still wondering what that was about. I'm thinking it might be a common thing to happen overseas ( ; ; )
I was worried about how expensive the option fee would be, but it was reasonably priced ⸜(*ˊᗜˋ*)⸝
I also really appreciated that it included a shuttle bus.
My seat was at the very end, and there were times when my view was obstructed by the person in front of me, but I was able to improve my visibility by leaning out slightly towards the aisle, which was good.
I would like to use your service again.
