    It was a wonderful experience.
    I was really grateful for the attentive and helpful support in Japanese on the day. I was also able to easily plan my schedule and travel to Korea with peace of mind thanks to the prompt notification about securing seats. Getting a good seat inside was pure luck, but I was very satisfied with the day since I got to sit in a really great spot! I would definitely appreciate your help again if I have the opportunity.
