This was my first time using this service, and I chose the basic option without any add-ons, so I honestly wasn't expecting much in terms of seating. But they got me the very front row, dead center...!!! The performance itself was once cancelled and then re-scheduled, and it was a hectic "ticketing tomorrow!" situation, but they handled every step quickly and with care, and they provided detailed information about precautions and other important points, so even though it was my first time using the service, I never felt anxious. Thank you so, so much for getting me such a wonderful seat. I was able to have a very fun and happy time, all thanks to you. I think I'll be using your service again, so I look forward to it!
