When deciding on options, the diagram showed B4 as being in front of the center stage before the concert, and C4 behind it as the GT ticket range, so I requested A3, which was on the main stage side and the highest option.
However, when I went on the day, B4 was gone and C4 was the area in front of the center stage. And A3 was very large, and the ticket I received was buried about 20 rows away from both the main stage and the center stage.
The B and C options, which were cheaper than A3, had much better seats, which was very disappointing.
The bus transportation and communication leading up to the day were smooth and courteous as usual, which was appreciated.
