Thank you again for getting us the hard-to-obtain tickets. The ticket exchange was also smooth as described. We were a bit disappointed that the seats on the second day weren't what we had hoped for and were quite far back, but the first day was essentially the front row of the third floor, and we were able to see the entire venue on both days, so we had a lot of fun. If there's another opportunity, we look forward to it.
