    Overall, I was very satisfied.
    There were various issues with ticketing this time, and I expected not to get my desired seats anyway. I wanted standing, and although I got a later number than hoped for, some people moved around, so I ended up being able to see from quite close to the front. It wasn't much different from a much earlier number I got on another day by myself. Your detailed communication was also a great help. Thank you very much.
