I decided to use this service thinking it would be reliable after reading the reviews, and the service was indeed courteous from beginning to end. However, as others have mentioned, I was also assigned a seat far from what I had hoped for, so in the end, I didn't use the assigned seat and bought a floor seat for roughly the same amount I paid to this agency. It was my first Seoul concert, so I was worried about getting a ticket, which is why I used this service, but the seat wasn't worth the money, which was truly disappointing. In the unlikely event of trouble entering the seat purchased under another person's name, I think you'll need your own ticket, but in the end, I only used my ticket to get the fan club benefits. I couldn't find anyone to give the ticket to and ended up creating an empty seat, so I only recommend this service to people who don't care about their seat location.
