I wasn't able to get the VIP seats I wanted.

Looking at other people's reviews, it seems like almost no one is getting VIP, so the success rate might not be very high.

The seats I got were general admission on the 3rd floor, within the 10th row.

In the end, there were a lot of cancellations, so I was able to get VIP seats for a different date on my own, which was good, but since I paid a lot of money to request this service, I wish you had tried to secure tickets not just on the release date, but also after that.

I thought that if I could get the tickets myself, there might be no need to pay a lot of money to request this service.

I think this is a service best suited for people who aren't particular about their seats!

This was my first time using a proxy service, and it was a good experience.
