    Gratitude and a slight complaint.
    Thank you for your help. It was a shame that both days the seats were on the far end. Being able to see the overall production and the good sound balance on the first day was a plus. Also, I was surprised to find that the kanji for my name was incorrect on the Melon Ticket website. I look forward to the next time.

    いつもご利用いただきありがとうございます。お席に関してはご希望に沿えなかったようで申し訳ございません。より精進させていただきます。お名前の件ですが、弊社ではパスポート表記のローマ字ですべて入力、チケッティングしており、お客様の漢字名義を弊社が登録することはございません。恐らく、サイトの設定を日本語にされたので、販売サイト側で勝手に漢字を充てて翻訳されたのかと思います。お客様が予約内容を確認される際には日本語設定にされるのも良いかと思いますが、韓国は外国ですので、予約確認書を提示される場合には英語表記にされることをお勧めいたします。ありがとうございました。
