    Thank you for taking the time to do this for me. I was disappointed that you couldn't secure seats closer to the front as I had hoped. My seat was practically in the back. However, I enjoyed the live performance itself, and the guidance and assistance were provided courteously, so I look forward to working with you again in the future if the opportunity arises.
