    I requested arrangements for a movie ticket with GV. I was surprised because I didn't think it might not be possible to arrange, but I was put on a waitlist. As a result, it couldn't be arranged, so it was canceled and refunded, but the quick response was appreciated. I intend to use it again, but I think I need to consider my schedule with the possibility that it might not be possible to arrange.
