    この度はご利用いただきありがとうございました。パープルカーペットもご観覧いただけるようにチケット受領時間を設定したつもりでしたが、ご希望にそぐわなかったようで申し訳ございません。全席指定席の公演の場合には開演間際にご到着されたいお客様も多く、あまりに早く受領とするとお受け取りいただけないお客様も出てきてしまいますので時間設定が難しいのは事実です。今後の参考とさせていただきます。貴重なご意見をいただきありがとうございました。
