This time, I was shocked when you contacted me saying that you were only able to secure one ticket at the time of sale for my request to purchase tickets for 2 people x 3 performances (6 tickets total). However, I am very grateful that you persevered with the cancellation waitlist and managed to secure two more tickets, so that both of us were able to see the performance.
