    That's too bad.
    I had high expectations because I often heard of this service, but even though I paid for the desired row, I ended up far in the back. I knew there was a chance I wouldn't get the desired seats, but I feel like if they had pushed a little harder, they could have gotten much better seats... In the end, I secured better seats myself, so I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone wanting to get good seats. Very disappointing.
