They provided updates via chat every step of the way, which was very reassuring. I appreciated that they replied immediately whenever I had questions. While it's not guaranteed that you'll get your preferred seats, and it was a bit disappointing that the seats were almost the same for the two days they arranged, I think this is a very good agency if you are looking for peace of mind. I would like to use their services again depending on my needs.
