I had other plans on the day of ticket sales, so I used this service for the first time. Since it was a popular performance, I requested floor seats, but ended up with nosebleed seats. While it's better than failing to get a ticket at all, I was still surprised. I think this is good for people who just want to secure one ticket under their own name for entry. I wouldn't really recommend it to people who only want tickets in specific areas.
