I was disappointed that I couldn't get the seats I wanted and ended up at the very back of the 3rd floor. However, to my surprise, the members came down into the audience, turning them into amazing seats. While they were far during the performance, I ultimately felt that these seats might have been better than the ones I had hoped for. The response was quick and explanations were thorough, so I would like to use their service again.
