    I truly appreciated the detailed communication regarding the concert day schedule.
    I had heard that ticketing for the 20th-anniversary encore performance would be difficult, so I am very glad I asked GTtour to secure my tickets. I was especially grateful that, even after paying for the tickets, you sent me messages with the day's schedule and important notes translated into Japanese. If the opportunity arises, I would definitely like to use GTtour again in the future.
