I didn't know anything about it, but I happened to find out on this social media account that tickets for the opening ceremony were available, so I decided to use this service. The communication was smooth, I was able to enter the venue without any issues, and it was incredibly convenient compared to the trouble of trying to get tickets myself. I didn't have high expectations for the seat location since I applied after they went on sale, but it turned out to be a great spot near where the cast members stop while walking the red carpet. For me, it's difficult to make arrangements on my own due to language barriers and payment issues, so I would definitely like to use this service again if the opportunity arises.
