They helped me secure multiple tickets, and when the schedule for the stage greeting was announced later, I requested additional tickets. They replied saying, 'There aren't any good seats left, but I can arrange them for you,' and I was able to purchase them. When I actually attended the event... from those seats in the back that they said weren't very good, I was able to get a two-shot photo with the actor I wanted to see.
