It was difficult to go to the restroom or get drinks because we were not allowed to leave the line between the meeting time of 14:30 and the entrance time of 16:00.

After the numbered tickets are distributed, I would like to have some time to move around. In this case, wouldn't it have been enough to re-line up by 15:30 after the wristbands were distributed?

Also, the area after admission was divided into two sections, and those with earlier numbers were guided to the side areas first, while those with later numbers were guided to the front areas, which caused a lot of dissatisfaction.

Arranging tickets from Japan is a concern, so I would like to continue using your service, and I would appreciate it if you could improve the above points.
