Was helped by a great representative. Helped me figure out different options for buying my item and then getting it shipped to me. Very friendly and understanding and updated me frequently. When they received the item I requested made sure to take pictures to confirm things were good. As for the service, very useful to use for getting things from in person events. Would use again.
