Hwamyeong Ecological Park is the smallest of the riverside parks along the Nakdong River, stretching from the Second Gupo Bridge to the Geumgok-dong Daedong Hwamyeong Bridge. 
Located next to Hwamyeong New Town, it is a popular recreational area for local residents.

The park features a wide range of sports facilities, including baseball fields, soccer fields, tennis courts, basketball courts, and an inline skating rink.

Visitors can also enjoy lotus gardens, waterside boardwalks that are ideal for relaxation and nature learning, as well as various leisure facilities such as a yacht marina and an outdoor swimming pool.
