[Custom Order] Custom Design Service

★Please allow approximately 10–15 days for each design to be completed★

1. Customers must provide all materials to be used in the design, such as illustrations, photos, and videos.

2. Revisions can be requested after reviewing the draft. However, excessive or substantial changes may not be accepted.

3. Cancellations are not available after payment has been made.

4. If you use materials that you did not create or photograph yourself, please obtain permission from the photographer or creator before using them.

5. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the unauthorized use of photos, videos, or other materials.

6. The price may vary depending on the complexity and workload of the design. Additional requests or changes made after work has started may incur an extra fee.

7. The listed price covers design work only and does not include the cost of producing the merchandise. (Merchandise production can also be arranged for an additional fee.)

8. The listed price applies to personal use. If the design is considered to be for commercial purposes, the price may be adjusted.

9. We only provide design services based on customer requests. We are not responsible for any damages or issues caused by circumstances beyond our intentional acts or negligence.

Reservation Process

Sign up → Log in → Fill in the required information on the application screen → Agree to terms & conditions and apply → A confirmation email will be sent automatically

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check the COMMENTS section on your booking page.

All confirmations regarding price, payment, changes, modifications, additions, or cancellations, and processing status can be checked via My Page.

If You Don’t Receive Notification Emails 

1. Please double-check that the email address you registered during sign up or booking does not have any spelling errors.

2. Please check your email account settings to ensure that our address is not filtered as spam.

If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.
