    Price Guide

    Basic Proxy Fee : 128 USD

    (Includes basic fee for up to 6 hours + proxy service expenses / per person)

     

    ※ Paid Option : Additional Waiting Time ※

    Fees vary depending on the situation. After you inform us of your desired waiting time, we will provide the exact amount.

     

    Per additional hour : (Estimated) + 13 USD ~ 20 USD

     

    ※ This reservation is for line-up proxy service for product purchase or receipt of event tickets only.

    Please note that any costs incurred on the day for product or event ticket purchases will be charged separately.

    Important Notes

    1. If the purpose is product purchase and the requested item cannot be secured, the product cost will be refunded excluding the line-up proxy service fee.

    2. Depending on on-site conditions, the staff may start lining up later than the specified time. No refunds will be provided for differences in waiting time.

    3. Depending on on-site conditions, staff may begin lining up earlier than the specified time at their discretion without prior consent in order to achieve the objective. In such cases, additional fees will apply.

    4. Once an event participation ticket has been secured, we will notify you via the COMMENTS section on your My Page.

    5. If you are selected to participate in the event, please be sure to bring a photo ID (passport).

    6. Items purchased cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.

    7. If you cancel (or make changes) due to personal reasons after payment, a cancellation fee will be charged.

    8. In principle, customers cannot switch places with the proxy staff and join the line midway. (Due to identity checks by the organizer, you may be required to line up several hours in advance.)

     

    Reservation Process
    Sign up → Log in → Fill in the required information on the application screen → Agree to terms & conditions and apply → A confirmation email will be sent automatically

    If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check the COMMENTS section on your booking page.
    All confirmations regarding price, payment, changes, modifications, additions, or cancellations, and processing status can be checked via My Page.

    If You Don’t Receive Notification Emails 
    1. Please double-check that the email address you registered during sign up or booking does not have any spelling errors.
    2. Please check your email account settings to ensure that our address is not filtered as spam.

     How COMMENTS section looks like

     

    If you have any questions, please use the COMMENTS section for quicker communication.
    If you wish to make changes to your reservation details after booking, please notify us via the COMMENTS section on the booking page.

     

    Payment

    Payment instructions will be sent via the COMMENTS section on your My Page after reservation.

    For reservations made outside business hours, payment instructions will be sent during business hours on the next business day.

    After confirming the payment instructions, please make the transfer by the specified deadline.

    ※ We will leave a payment confirmation COMMENT on the next business day. If you do not receive a COMMENT, please contact us.

    ※ Please note that if payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the reservation will be treated as canceled.

    Reservation Confirmation

    After payment confirmation, we will send a payment confirmation COMMENT.

    Line-up proxy service (ticket securing result)

    We will inform you of the line-up status.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

    Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.
