■ Introduction to Lotte World Aquarium ■

The Lotte World Aquarium is a popular attraction located on B1 of Lotte World Mall in Jamsil.

It features 13 themed zones based on five oceans, showcasing a wide range of marine life,

from saltwater fish to freshwater species.

You can see beluga whales, California sea lions, seals, penguins,

sea otters, stingrays, and more — over 650 species in total!

Daily educational sessions are held by caretakers introducing the habitat, behaviors, and characteristics

of key species like belugas.

- Refunds due to closures caused by natural disasters or extreme weather will be evaluated case by case.

- You must present the QR voucher before entry. We are not responsible if admission is denied due to forgetting the voucher.

- Even if the admission ticket is not used, we are unable to offer a refund if you do not contact us to cancel in advance within the valid period.

- We are only responsible for the ticket reservation. We are not responsible for satisfaction with facilities or services at the venue.

- Tickets are valid for both adults and children.

- Children under age 3 can enter for free if age verification is provided via passport.

- This 1 Day Free Pass covers most rides. However, certain facilities (e.g., Fantasy Forest, Game Factory, Mirror Maze, Haunted House, Fear Tomb, Ice Rink, etc.) require separate fees. Please follow Lotte World's official guidance.

If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

Any changes to reservations will be treated as a cancellation.
