＜Product Overview＞

・Reservations not available for Koreans (for foreigners only).

・Viewing is allowed for those aged 15 and above.

・Performers change weekly, we do not accept inquiries about the lineup.

・Please make sure to bring your passport on the day for identity verification.

・Reservations will be confirmed on a first-paid, first-served basis.

・Viewing eligibility will be confirmed on Thursday, two days before the broadcast.

・If viewing is confirmed, the meeting time and location will be informed by Friday through the COMMENTS section.

・If there is no live broadcast or if the show is held without an audience on your desired date after booking confirmation, a full refund will be provided.

・Due to various circumstances, it may not be possible to arrange tickets even after the booking is confirmed.

・If there are remaining spots for dates other than the week you booked, date changes are possible.

・If you wish to change the date after reservation, please contact us via the COMMENTS section.

・Date change is allowed only once from the initial booking confirmation and is possible up to 10 days before the broadcast date.

※ Lightsticks(including official ones) and slogans are allowed, but must be kept inside your bag during entry.

※No cameras or large luggage (e.g. suitcases) allowed.

※No cheering items (e.g. Placards, Uchiwa) that could obstruct others’ view.

※Violations of these rules will result in immediate removal from the venue.

We will do our best to secure the best possible tickets for you.

1. Our ticket arrangement service operates on a prepayment basis.

However, please note that making a payment does not guarantee that tickets will be secured.

If we are unable to secure tickets, we will refund the full amount.

2. Event contents may change without notice due to local circumstances.

3. If tickets cannot be secured after arrangement:

● In the case of human error (e.g. misinformation):

We will try to rearrange tickets to meet your preferences as best as possible.

● In the case of force majeure:

A full refund will be issued.

However, we cannot compensate beyond the amount you have paid.

4. If you wish to cancel your order,

please first check the cancellation fee policy stated on the product page,

and then notify us of your request via the COMMENTS section on your booking page.

Fees will include any on-site payment amount (additional charges).

5. If the broadcast is canceled, postponed, or changed, resulting in an unavoidable cancellation of your reservation, a full refund will be issued.

6. Our service is limited to guiding you to enter the venue on the day, based on your request.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the customer, except in cases of intentional misconduct or negligence on our part.

7. No-shows and unpaid cancellation fees may result in restrictions for future reservations.

8. Even if you purchase multiple tickets at once, we may not be able to arrange consecutive seats.

Cancellation Policy

I agree to the cancellation policy below.

If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.
