＜Product Overview＞

・Reservations not available for Koreans (for foreigners only)

・Performers change weekly, we do not accept inquiries about the lineup.

・Please make sure to bring your passport on the day for identity verification.

・Ticket arrangement confirmation will be announced on the Monday, two days before the broadcast.

・If viewing is confirmed, meeting location and time will be notified in the COMMENTS section by Tuesday.

・If there is no live broadcast or the show is held without an audience on your desired date after booking confirmation, a full refund will be provided.

・Due to various circumstances, it may not be possible to arrange tickets even after the booking is confirmed.

・If there are remaining spots for dates other than the week you booked, date changes are possible.

・If you wish to change the date after reservation, please contact us via the COMMENTS section.

・Date change is allowed only once, and must be made at least 10 days before the show date.

※ Cancellations due to personal reasons (e.g., favorite artist not appearing) have been increasing.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows without notice may result in future reservation refusals, so please proceed with caution.

※ Only one bag allowed. Large bags, cameras, recording devices, etc. are strictly prohibited.

※ If you bring more than one bag, you may be denied entry.

※ From the meeting point to the venue and during the viewing, restroom use is not allowed. Please use the facilities at the station beforehand.

※ Lightsticks and slogans are allowed, but must be kept inside your bag during entry.

※ Entry and exit may be restricted once the broadcast begins.

※ We and the event organizer bear no responsibility for accidents caused by not following staff instructions or warnings at the venue.

If You Don’t Receive Notification Emails :

1. Please double-check that the email address you registered during sign up or booking does not have any spelling errors.

2. Please check your email account settings to ensure that our address is not filtered as spam.

If you wish to make changes to your reservation details after booking, please notify us via the COMMENTS section on the booking page.

We will do our best to secure the best possible tickets for you.

1. Our ticket arrangement service operates on a prepayment basis.

However, please note that making a payment does not guarantee that tickets will be secured.

If we are unable to secure tickets, we will refund the full amount.

2. Tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances (lost, stolen, damaged, etc.).

3. The content of the performance is subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances or other unavoidable reasons.

4. If we are unable to deliver the ticket after the arrangement has been completed:

● In the case of human error (such as loss or incorrect ticket details, etc.):

We will try to rearrange tickets to meet your preferences as best as possible.

● In the case of force majeure:

A full refund will be issued.

However, we cannot compensate beyond the amount you have paid.

5. If you wish to cancel your order,

please first check the cancellation fee policy stated on the product page,

and then notify us of your request via the COMMENTS section on your booking page.

6. If the event is canceled, postponed, or its content significantly changed, resulting in an unavoidable cancellation of your reservation, we will issue a refund after deducting a 30% cancellation fee from the total amount, once we have confirmed the refund from the organizer to our company.

Please note that the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the total amount paid, including any optional service fees, regardless of the payment method used for those options.

Additionally, any shipping costs required for ticket returns, will be the responsibility of the customer. Thank you for your understanding.

7. Our company only acts as an agent to purchase tickets upon the customer's request.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the customer, except in cases of intentional misconduct or negligence on our part.

8. If a ticket is issued under our staff’s name and identity verification is required at the venue, there is a possibility that you may be denied entry.

Please only proceed with the reservation if you understand and accept this risk.

In the event that you are not allowed entry for this reason, no refunds or compensations will be provided.

9. Even if you purchase multiple tickets at once, we may not be able to arrange them with sequential seat numbers.

Cancellation Policy

I agree to the cancellation policy below.

If you cancel due to your own circumstances after your reservation has been confirmed (payment made), the following cancellation fees or penalties equivalent to the cancellation fee will apply.

Please note that we are unable to provide detailed explanations regarding the breakdown of the cancellation fee.
