This was my first time participating in the Seoul concert, and although I had a lot of anxieties, thanks to the clear instructions and specific explanations in the emails GTtour sent, I was able to have a fulfilling time without getting lost or confused at all. I was worried about not being able to relax until I actually received the tickets on the day of due to the on-site pickup, but you set up the pickup location in a cafe that was easy for anyone to spot upon arriving at the venue, and you even put out a stuffed animal as a landmark. You also gave me advance advice to avoid confusion during the pickup, and were able to conduct a clear, precise, and smooth transaction that was easy even for a minor like myself to understand.
