The pre-departure information was very easy to understand with photos, and on the day of the tour, they held up the GT Tour flag, so I was able to get to the meeting place without getting lost. The staff were very kind and provided polite guidance, and I was able to return safely. It was a very cold day, so I was glad I could sit and return on a warm bus. Thank you very much.
