BTS's participation in the SBS SUPER CONCERT (hereinafter referred to as "SBS") was confirmed, and I immediately applied. The announcement of the performers and the ticket arrangement information were released quickly, which made it easy to plan and was very helpful. The prompt announcement of the areas where arrangements were possible also made it easier to think about our movements, luggage, and clothing on the day. Although the notification of the arrangement results was quite late due to coordination with the organizers, thanks to the frequent updates on when we would know what, we were able to spend our time without unnecessary worry. Also, I was worried about how to get to the venue, Gwangju, but the provided plan with transportation from Seoul solved that problem. The pick-up/drop-off points were prepared in various locations in Seoul, so it seemed that we could stay at any hotel. Moreover, on the way back, due to the number of people, they allowed us to get off closer to the hotel than the designated drop-off point, and I could feel their consideration until the very end, for which I am very grateful. The bus ride was about 4 hours long, but each seat had a wide and spacious area secured, and the seats were fluffy reclining chairs, so I was able to spend the time without feeling too tired. It was very helpful that we could eat and drink and that there were charging facilities. From ticket arrangements to the day of the concert, you provided very attentive support, and I was able to concentrate on enjoying the show with peace of mind. On top of already providing a considerable amount of service, you also responded quickly and flexibly to our detailed requests, and I am sincerely grateful. I am really glad that I requested GT Tour to handle the arrangements, and I would like to ask for their help again if I have the opportunity in the future.
