Being my first live concert, I asked GT Tour to handle the arrangements. They provided advance announcements about the venue and admission, which was very helpful for a newbie like me. This time, they got me a great number, and I was able to see the members closer than I could have ever hoped for, creating wonderful memories. Since it was standing room, it was physically exhausting, so I learned that if I'm not near the front, I'd still prefer a reserved seat. I think I'll be asking for their help again. Thanks to securing the seats as requested, I was even able to see members who were sitting in the staff seating area! I had used a different agency before, and at that time, there was little communication, so I was worried about whether the tickets would actually arrive until I traveled to Korea.
