The seats I originally requested were not available, and I was told that we would be on the third floor. After much deliberation, I decided that closer seats would be better, so I requested a cancellation wait for seats in the back of the floor area, and I received a call the next day. It cost a little extra, but in the end, they were great seats, and I really enjoyed myself. Both of the two tickets, one for myself and one for my friend, were great.   Thank you for answering my questions promptly and for your kind service. The live performance was, of course, the best.
