You can have a fun time everywhere at WINNER's concerts. Japan has its good points, and Seoul has its good points, and each time is the best. Was this an encore concert this time? (The last one was good too) The songs were of course great, the set was wonderful, and I could hear the members' happy words in the talk. I was able to see the members getting along with each other as usual, and it was a very satisfying concert. This time too, GT Tour secured reserved seats for me, but I wasn't expecting much because it was a reserved seat on the 2nd floor. However, when I got to my seat in the venue, I got a little excited! I thought, maybe they'll come up on the lift?! I started the concert with a little expectation. It was only a small part of the concert time, but WINNER came up on the lift and I was able to see their performance from the seat right in front of me. I had a very happy time and it became a good memory. Every time, I have GT Tour get the tickets for me I am really grateful for the one-on-one communication and prompt response.

This was my first time using your service, and I received a very helpful email guiding me through the ticket pick-up process, which was very easy to understand. They were even standing in front of the store at the pick-up location, and I felt so relieved that they gave me instructions in Japanese. Honestly, I was worried about picking up the tickets locally, even though the agency fee was high, but I'm grateful for the frequent emails and the kind guidance I received at the location. I really enjoyed the live performance. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you for everything today.

Thank you very much for the great seats again, as with the previous time. I was able to shake hands with the members on the first day, and I'm a Jackson fan, but thanks to you, I was able to shake hands on the second day and was truly happy.
